Everything will start to make sense when your books are up to date. You’ll know where your money is going, what’s working, and what might need attention. Business decisions get easier when you have that insight, and you’ll never have to figure out your numbers again.

Along with monthly bookkeeping, I can help with invoicing, payroll, or setting up the right systems for your business. If there’s anything else you’d like to include, just mention it on the form or during our call.
-
No, and here’s why. While I have some experience in tax, I’m not a tax professional. My focus is on keeping your books in order, which makes tax planning and filing much easier. I also work closely with your CPA to make sure everything is submitted correctly and on time.
-
I primarily use Xero and also work in Quickbooks Online.
-
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $375 and varies based on your needs. If your books need to be caught up, there’s a one-time setup fee. You’ll be billed automatically each month.
-
At the start of each month, I’ll send a short list of transactions that need clarifying. Once I have your answers, I’ll email a recap and reports showing your income and expenses. Reports are delivered by the 15th of the following month.
-
I request online access to your bank and credit card accounts, as well as your invoicing platform. I’ll help you create read-only logins during our onboarding call.
-
That’s okay! We’ll go over options together and get you started with a system that works for your business. If you don’t currently have books, that’s fine too.

The best way is to fill out the full form here. That gives me everything I need to follow up with details and send a link to schedule a call if it’s a good next step.
