What it’s like to work with me

Wondering what monthly bookkeeping looks like? This is what it's about.  

Quote form - The best way to get started is by filling out this form so I can learn about you and your business. It only takes a few minutes, and I’ll be in touch shortly after reviewing it.  

Chat - If it sounds like a good fit, I’ll send a link to schedule a 30-minute Zoom call. We’ll talk through scope, pricing, and what it’s like to work together. I know you might have questions, and we’ll walk through everything together on the call.  

Proposal - After we talk, I’ll send a recap email with a quote and a clear outline of the services we discussed.  

Onboarding - Once you’re ready to begin, I’ll send the contract, a link to pay, and get you scheduled for onboarding. During our 90-minute onboarding call, we’ll link your accounts and get everything set up.

Monthly reports - After the month ends, I’ll send over any questions or clarifications I need from you. When I have your answers, I’ll categorize your bank transactions, reconcile the accounts to your statements, record payroll with the proper breakdown, and send you easy-to-read reports showing your income and expenses. Reports are delivered by the 15th of the following month.
