I appreciate the noise and energy of cities as much as I love the openness of the coast. What’s important to me is movement, from the mismatched chaos of downtown to the promise of crashing waves.
I grew up outside of Chicago and moved to Los Angeles after college with $5,000 in my bank account. I didn’t have a job or know anyone, but it felt like the right choice. I worked in fashion and celebrated the city in beautiful clothes until I found my way into accounting. Four years at a small firm taught me everything that makes me confident in what I do.
